THE BRIEF
Rebuild and full renovation of a single-storey terrace house originally built in the 1960s. Rather than a simple refresh, the project involved rebuilding the aging structure from the ground up — preserving its original charm and character while introducing modern layouts, materials, and finishes suited for contemporary living. Our scope also included the submission of building plans to the local council for approval.
